About

My name is Danielle and I like to make things.  I'm a Graphic Designer, illustrator and lover of anything hand-lettered.  Born and bred in Pace, Florida and in 2015 I graduated from Pensacola State College with a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design.

Like many other 90s kids, Disney has been a big inspiration to me when it comes to inspiration. I grew up filling out "illustrator" on those "When I Grow Up..." fill-in-the-blank sheets. And at one point, my weekends were spent recreating the VHS movie covers, heavily outlining each one in Sharpie. (A little too heavily, if you ask me). So I have known for a long time that my dream job was to create visually pleasing stuff.

From June of 2015 until December of 2016, I worked at HatchMark Studio, a small branding and design company, where I started as an intern and then came on as a full-time designer in December of 2015. I did a multitude of things, such as managing projects, making revisions, illustration, lettering, social posts, juggling several projects at once all on local clients to national brands.

Since then I've been at Pensacola Sign, laying out proofs to send to clients and whipping up designs for banners, signs, vehicle wraps, and all sorts of other projects. When I'm not doing that I am freelancing, which is what I'd like to end up doing full-time.
